3.2. Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.
3.3. Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins. Washio is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
4.2. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
4.3. No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time will result in the full service fee being charged.
5.1. Washio reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle's condition is deemed hazardous or beyond the scope of our capabilities.
5.2. External factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may lead to rescheduling.
6.1. Washio will take all reasonable precautions to ensure quality service and care for your vehicle.
6.2. Washio is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from improper maintenance of the vehicle.
6.3. Washio's maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
